Teen Spinning – Monkstown

Indoor Cycling is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery. We use a special stationary exercise bike with a weighted flywheel in a studio setting. This is a supervised class for teenagers aged between 11-16 years old.
