Exercise and Health is for Everyone From the Toddler to the Retired

My wife and I have been members at this leisure centre for about 5 years using the gym and the pool. The staff are friendly and helpful, the gym equipment has recently been totally replaced we recommend the centre without reservation.

Certainly the best and most cost-effective gym I have ever used. I have been a regular for a year and find that the equipment is very good, well maintained and is being updated as it can be. The gym is also not too busy on most occasions and is very affordable! Highly recommended!

It's a great place for sports. They have a great skate park where all types of skaters are allowed. There are football pitches too. You need to book the football pitches in advance. There's also a gym and a swimming pool. In the swimming pool there is public swimming and swimming classes and personal training for all ages. In the classes you are divided into group like tadpoles starfish goldfish dolphins etc. Based on your skill you can also get a trainer maybe in the gym. Everything is paid but looks reasonable to me.

Great time at our special needs 6pm session. Marley loved it and I felt he was really safe and secure with the constant lifeguard surveillance. Thanks so much.

Absolutely fantastic. The Staff are so kind and welcoming.
Have only started swimming lessons (complete beginners) and l cannot speak highly enough of the swimming coach. So patient and kind to everyone. I have noticed other activities taking place here. but check that out. I have also noticed a coffee shop on the premises. Well worth a visit.

Went to this pool yesterday. Needed assistance and the staff were amazing. Nice warm pool but not too hot. Very friendly, helpful staff on the front desk and the pool area. Will definitely be back.

Great place, atmosphere and new equipment at the gym. Huge swimming pool.

Best public facility in Dublin. Top level staff for kids swimming class. They are not just skilful but also passionate about their job and full of empathy to new students and kids who are afraid of water.

You really miss a place like this once you move to other parts of the city. The rest of the city would beg to have pool timetables and facilities as good as here. Staff are approachable and do what they can to help you out, and there is an abundance of other exercise equipment and an astro turf pitch outdoors too. The cherry on top is the reasonable price. Other gyms want nearly double the membership price for worse facilities than what is here. Highly recommended, especially if you work nearby.
