Information update: Online booking system (Members and PAYG Access)
Our service provider LEGEND, have this morning confirmed that all the “bugs” in their system have been resolved and the online booking system is now available for any clients to use.
To receive your membership number please contact the centre reception by phone or in person and after confirming proof of identity our team will provide you with your membership number and assist you to become familiar we the online system if required.
Your membership number begins with the letters of the centre you purchased your membership in and is not the barcode on your swipe card.
We would like to thank everybody for their assistance, support and positive comments on our first week of operations and we will continue to do all we can to ensure each of your leisure experiences is delivered to the highest standard.
Please note that as well as the online option our phones are also available as well as walk in visits, usage restrictions applicable.
