What Is Padel?
Padel is a scaled-down, doubles-only racket sport that blends elements of tennis and squash. Played on a 20m × 10m enclosed court, you can use the back and side walls to keep rallies going. It’s also easier on beginners thanks to the underarm serve and smaller court size.
Why Play Padel?
Super social: Always played in pairs, so it’s a great way to meet friends or make new ones.
Easy to pick up: Smaller court and simple scoring mean you’ll be rallying from day one.
Fantastic fitness: Quick sprints, directional changes and long rallies boost cardio and agility.
Year-round fun: Our floodlit courts let you play evenings and weekends
