The Technogym check-up covers six key areas of wellness. It begins with Mobility, which analyses your joint flexibility and provides tips for improvement. Balance is assessed to understand your coordination and stability; vital for everyday movement. Body Composition gives a breakdown of muscle mass, fat levels, and hydration. Your Cognitive Skills are measured to evaluate memory, attention, and executive function. Strength is estimated using connected gym equipment or a grip dynamometer. Lastly, Cardio capability is tested by calculating VOâ‚‚ max through heart rate data collected during a timed squat routine.
