Teen Gym

Teen Gym is a program set up to allow Teens entry to the gym under the supervision of our qualified Instructors. This program is designed to help Teens learn the basics of exercise & fitness in a safe environment. The program is aimed at teens aged between 13-15 years. Exercise is hugely beneficial in helping to combat stress and anxiety particularly around exam times. It can help and improve focus and concentration levels. Our Teen Gym program is also agreat social environment where you can bring or make friends and socialise.

Cost: €4.00 Pay as you go or €35 for a 10 visit pass (10 visit passes can be purchased online via our online shop)

Ballyogan – Tue & Thurs 5-6pm SA

Loughlinstown – Mon & Wed 5-6pm, Sat & Sun 2-3pm

Meadowbrook –  Tue & Thurs 5:15-6:15pm, Sat & Sun 3:15-4:15pm

Monkstown – Wed 3-4pm Fri 7-8pm, Sat & Sun 3-4pm

Teen Spinning – Monkstown Thurs 6:15pm

Spinning is a fitness class that is performed on stationary bikes to music. We try to stick to the latest chart music to keep it fresh. This is a high intensity cardio based class which also works on muscular endurance (Which basically translates to, it’s a tough class but great fun

Teen Pilates – Coming soon to Monkstown

Teens can be incredibly active on a daily basis with sports and after school activities. But with being so active it is important that they take care of their posture and mobility. Teen Pilates helps with maintaining range of movement and stability which leads to several positives effects in different sports. Many sporting professional use Pilates as a tool to prevent injury and extend their careers at the highest level. Pilates is also a great way to de-stress and especially during exam times.
